On November 30th, the selection of the third "Chongqing Top Ten Legal Figures" jointly launched by the Municipal Party Committee Public Relations Department, Municipal Party Committee Cyberspace Affairs Office, Municipal Judicial Bureau, and Municipal Legal Affairs Office came to an end. Professor HUANG Xisheng, Dean of the School of Law, Director of the Resource Law Professional Committee of the China Natural Resources Society, and legal adviser of the Chongqing Municipal Committee, won the honorary title of "Top Ten Figures in the Rule of Law in Chongqing". Professor HUANG is one of the earliest scholars engaged in environmental law research in China, and has devoted himself to the teaching and research of environmental resource protection law and energy law.
